Okay so I started my life change on September 1st, so today is officially 1 month! I have lost 8 lbs, which I know is pretty good, but I was hoping for at least 10. I plan to try to step it up over October and see if I can’t get down 10 more. I’m not counting every calorie anymore. What I do is buy the same thing for breakfast and lunch calorie wise and so that part of my day while routine in calories, is not routine with the foods. I try to leave myself a good 700 calories for dinner and all. My husband doesn’t like “healthy” food. I am altering recipies without him knowing though shhhh!!! That way even if my dinner is 500-600 calories, I’m not going over my restrictions and I don’t have to write it all down. And if I do end up having to eat out, I get something that I know the calories and all on, My favorite is a veggie sub on wheat bread from Subway!! YUMMY! It seems to be working, and as I don’t want to count and write down every calorie I eat for the rest of my life, I think that will better prepare me for the real world outside of “dieting”. I do work out at least 5 days a week as well. I think that with all of this if I step up the work out and cut out 1 of my daily 100 calorie snacks, I can meet my expectations for 10 lbs down by November 1st! This website keeps me going with all of you guys motivation, and not to mention the challenges! Keep up all of your hard work guys, and we’ll tackle this together!
