Reached another mini goal
I weighed in today for my Christmas challenge, but it was only 1 lb down for the week so far. I wanted to lose 10 lbs in October, which would have had me at 196, but I didn’t make it there. I am now 201. I am hoping to see 199 next Saturday. My November goals are as follows:
~Don’t eat for 2 hour before bed
~Drink 72-80 oz of water daily
~Lose 8 lbs to be down to 193
