Saturdays weigh in down 3 lbs

Okay, so I weighed in on Saturday for a challenge that I am doing, and lost 3 lbs this week.  At first I was really happy about that cause I worked my butt off for it, but then I started getting kind of down.  You see, the week before I gained 4 lbs!  That was with a car accident and all, but still.  I guess that it was progress that I had already made and had to redo had me upset.  I am shooting for another 3 lbs down this week too, which would bring to down to 202, and ultimately down to 200 by the end of the month.  My original goal was to get to 198 by November 1st, but we’ll see what I can do!

    Yay! Girl you’re on a roll! Great job! Before you know it, you and I both will be in the ONEhundredes soon enough!

    Three pounds is great! I understand the frustration of relosing weight you gained back though. I gained back 11 pounds from being lazy and eating non-stop, and I’ve lost half of that again. I’d be at my goal weight if I hadn’t gained back before losing, but I have to just keep going.

    Stress makes all of this so hard! There’s really no substitute for comfort food, ha ha.

    Danielle you are doing awesome!!! Hang in there you will hit 200 by the 1st I’m sure of it!
