Feeling better, and ready to bust my butt!
Okay so I gained 4 lbs last week. Then I got a present from Mother Nature yesterday, blah! But anyways, my back and neck are feeling much better, and I’ve been released from “light duty” from the dr. So I’m ready to bust my butt to lose those 4 lbs, and hopefully many more to come! So far today I’ve done 20 minutes cardio dance workout, 10 minutes stretching, 10 minutes toning, and 10 minutes of ab work. I am getting ready to go and walk for atleast an hour as well. Today is one of my 1300 calorie days as well. So far I’ve only had 250 from a bowl of Raisin Bran with skim milk. I feel so much better when I can work out! I’m excited to see what I can do by my Saturday weigh in!
