Terrible weigh in for this week :(

Okay so I had a gain this week.  Not only a gain, but a HUGE gain!  I gained back 4 lbs!!!!  I guess that’s what happens when you get bed rest for a few days, and eat terrible.  At first it broke my spirit, and I wanted to give up, but now it’s all different.  Now, I’m flat out mad at myself!    So I’ve decided that my consequence is extream pain from workouts for this whole week!  I’m also cutting my calories to a strict rotating from 1200-1300 daily.  Keeps me having an extra treat evey other day, but I’m determinded, and embarrassed now, but I can change this!  I’m taking control of my body, and putting it to work!

Remember to take it easy on yourself, your body is probably still recovering from the accident. Your weight gain could be due to inflammation of your muscles, and the water retention that goes with it… so please, please, please don’t be too hard on yourself! Definitely do not ‘punish’ yourself with painful workouts! Listen to your body hun, it may not be completely recovered, and doing extreme exercise may just cause a flare up of your injuries.

I hope you are feeling better - I am sure you will do well this week.. good luck!

Wanted to let you guys know that alot of my workouts that make me sore are actually moderate workouts, but I challenge my legs, and other parts that don’t affect my injuries. But I do have fun with my cardio dance, but don’t push myself too hard on the moves that use your back muscles, and I stretch a lot, and do some pilates to help out too.

I completely agree with your plan. If you are injured, modify your exercise to accommodate your injury. This is probably the only time I say stick to a low calorie intake of 1200-1300.

Keep that positive attitude! It’s infectious. :)
