I conquered the buffet!
I went to a buffet for the first time since I started trying to lose weight, and I think I did well. I had a huge salad with romain lettuce, tomatoes, cucumbers, and fat free salad dressing with 45 calories. Then I had a grilled chicken breast, and for dessert, sugar free jello! I was full, enjoyed the experience, and didn’t feel guilty when I left!

OOOHHHH man! That is awesome! My kids LOVE those buffets but I have avoided them like the plague since I started losing weight…not sure I am strong enough for that test yet! But you rock! That is great and you should be proud!
Good for you! Buffets are SO tough for me. I usually just avoid them if I can. Great job on making healthy choices. Doesn’t it feel great to leave a restaurant without feeling guilty about what you just ate?
