Need help while recovering from accident!
Hey guys, as most of you know, I was involved in a car accident Sunday evening. The doctor put me on bed rest, percocets, and a muscle relaxer. I originally told myself that even though I couldn’t work out, that I would eat even better so that I could atleast maintain my weight this week. The last 2 days I have been terrible! Food had to be quick and easy due to my pain levels. I am vowing that the rest of the week will be better. I’m scared of a gain because of my bad choices the last 2 days, but I guess I wont see for sure how that goes until my Sunday weigh in.

maybe you could send someone out for tv dinners like smart ones or healthy choice? quick, easy, and mostly healthy-ish
Just do your best to eat better the rest of the week. Good idea from LaTina about Healthy frozen dinners. Nothing is as quick as popping something in the microwave!! And they are good for everyone!! I hope you feel better and heal quickly. Take your time. You’ll be up and running before you know it!!
I agree have some one pick you up some healthy frozen meals! I use mine when I get home late and need something for dinner quick.

Awww Danielle, I am sorry!!! I didn’t know this at all! I hope you feel better! Just get well. Don’t stress over not being able to exercise right now or worry about dieting. Just get better! I am glad you are ok and not injured worse! I hope you don’t suffer any fears now of riding or driving in a car!
Danielle I’m so sorry you are feeling so bad after the accident. I’m just so glad you are ok or as ok as you can be. Just take it easy worry about getting better. Those little babies of yours need you to feel better!
