Back online, back on board

When I was in high school I was really into dance/cheerleading.  Today I put on some good music and did some of the old routine moves.  It really got my heart rate up and was fun!  I have been watching my calories and doing some pretty simple circuit work too.  I lost motivation while not being able to get online, but I am back online and ready to go.  I feel better than ever now that I have found a way to make it so much fun!!!

I am thinking about making up a pretty simple diet to do next week.  It goes like this:

Breakfast:
either a 2 egg WHITES scrambled, or 1 hard boiled egg
4 oz cranberry juice
1 tsp flax oil
either 1/2 apple or banana

Lunch:
tomato sandwhich:
contains 2 slices Nature’s Own Double Fiber bread (50 cals per slice)
1 tsp fat free mayo (about 25 calories)
2 slices of tomato (about 30 calories)
either a cup of grapes or a plum
1/2 cup steamed veggies

or

turkey sandwich:same bread, mayo, but with 1 oz turkey instead
with the same sides

Snack:other 1/2 of fruit from breakfast

Dinner:
4 oz grilled chicken(I would occasionally add some Mrs. Dash from time to time to switch it up without the sodium and calories)
1 cup steamed veggies
1/2 tsp of butter (smart balance with flax oil) 40 calories
1 slice of bread 50 cals

Snack:
1 cup of grapes

Before bed do the cranberry juice and flax oil again

Add in my exercise too of course. What do you guys think?

    Your meal sounds great. What are the benefits of flax oil?

    Hey Kama, thanks for the kudos. The flax oil is supposed to help give you energy, detoxify your body, and it has Omega fatty acids, which I am sure you are familiar with. It has seemed to help me. Thanks for being there to let me know your opinion, I truely value it.
